Does the hotel have parking?
The Gran Hotel de Jaca has limited and free parking for our guests. We also have a small garage with an added cost. Neither of the two spaces can be reserved in advance, but if they are full upon arrival, our reception staff will inform you about the best parking options near the hotel.
Are there cots available to customers? Do they have a cost?
We have free cots (up to 2 years old) for our guests. Just let us know in advance, so we can leave it ready in your room.
The rooms have air conditioning?
All our rooms have air conditioning and central heating.
What are the restaurant hours?
Our restaurant offers a complete buffet breakfast from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
Lunch hours are from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., and dinner is served daily from 8:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
Is it necessary to make a reservation?
It is highly recommended, as you will make sure to have your table at the time you prefer. You can make your reservation by phone, at the Reception or from our website .
Does the hotel serve menus for vegetarians, diabetics or allergy sufferers?
Yes, our menu of the day and letter has dishes suitable for vegetarians or celiacs. In addition, we can adapt many of our dishes for allergic or intolerant people.
What are the bar hours?
The Bar of the Gran Hotel de Jaca is open from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. offering a wide variety of healthy snacks, coffees, teas, infusions, drinks and soft drinks.
Does the hotel have a swimming pool?
We have a perfect summer pool to cool off after a good day full of activities.
Does the hotel have a fitness center?
There are several gyms very close that we can recommend from our reception.
Can ski passes for the nearby ski resorts be purchased at the hotel?
From the hotel we can provide you with passes for the Astún ski resort, one of the closest to the hotel.
What equipment do you have for company events?
The Gran Hotel de Jaca has all the comforts for holding meetings or events. Meeting rooms, large restaurant, projector, screen, blackboard and the possibility of booking activities in the area. Likewise, our hotel is located a few meters from the Palacio de Congresos de Jaca .
How many event rooms does the hotel have and what capacity do they have?
We have 2 meeting rooms, from 120 to 240 people capacity.
Is it possible to order cakes?
Of course you can. You can order cakes, picnics for your activities outside the hotel, special menus for a gala dinner or cold dinner if your hours do not allow you to dine during restaurant hours.

Yes, when we organize an event, all attendees enjoy special conditions when booking rooms.
What measures have been taken in the hotel against covid-19?
The safety of our guests and workers is the most important thing for us, that is why entry and exit routes have been established for the different spaces of the hotel. Signs have been placed informing of the rules of use in each facility, as well as a disinfectant solution at the access to each area.
All common areas are cleaned regularly and there is a record of the hours that cleaning is carried out. We keep all common spaces ventilated to avoid the concentration of aerosols and disinfect after each use the elements in contact with our guests: pens, POS, etc.

The ski resorts have a season that runs from the beginning of December until Easter. Snow stays in our mountains much longer, so April or May can be good months for backcountry skiing or winter snowshoeing.
What is the best time to visit Jaca?
Jaca is a destination with many different faces. What makes it interesting at any time of the year.
In winter they can enjoy skiing, winter hiking and snowy landscapes. Spring is the perfect time to visit the great monuments of the area, such as the Monastery of San Juan de la Peña, Canfranc station, La Ciudadela de Jaca or the Romanesque churches of the valleys. It is also the perfect time for adventure: canyons, rafting or via ferrata are at their best.
Summer is the ideal time to make ascents to the emblematic peaks of the area such as Collarada or Aspe, as well as to visit the bucolic valleys or lakes, with much less demanding walks.
Autumn is the season when the Pyrenees dresses up. The colors of the leaves change the landscape and it is a delight to enjoy the forests, and end the day tasting some freshly picked mushrooms.
